San Francisco (Lower Haight)
Spend a day in our neighborhood! We’ve lived in Lower Haight for four years, and we’d argue it’s one of the best neighborhoods in the city. Check out some of our favorite spots:

Lunch: Lucinda’s Deli
Parks: Alamo Square Park (where we got engaged!), Golden Gate Park
Dinner: Nopa (reservations recommended), Otra (Mexican) Woods Lowside (Pizza)
Drinks: Stoa, Fools Errand, The Page (super divey, Carrie’s favorite, cash only)
San Francisco (Japantown/Fillmore)
Central to Hotel Kabuki, these are some spots that we love that are all walkable from the hotel:

Parks: Alta Plaza
Shopping: Japantown Center, Fillmore Street
Dinner: Udon Mugizo, Dumpling Story, The Snug (for drinks, too!)
Ice Cream: Salt & Straw (Carrie’s favorite is the Mint Chocolate Chip, Patrick’s is the Salted Malted Cookie Dough)
Mill Valley
Just across the Golden Gate Bridge, we love getting out of the city and spending time in Mill Valley. These are some of our favorite spots:

Hiking: Mt. Tam, Muir Beach
Lunch/Dinner: Hook Fish Co., Pizza Hacker @ the Junction, Mamahuhu, Sol Food
